# About Miguel

I am Miguel F. Serna, a computer science student at UT Austin. I am an international student from Spain, and I expect to finish my B.S. in May 2027. I like building infrastructure for AI agents and systems that cross the boundaries between applications, emulators, and hardware-style interfaces.

I previously interned at Google in Google Cloud Workspace and at Netspend/Ouro. At Google, I worked on API filtering and a production backend migration. I also served as Cursor's campus lead at UT Austin, where I helped build a developer community around practical uses of coding agents.

My recent work includes Kontext, a Kubernetes-native control plane for running agents as production workloads; agentNet, an experiment in persistent code-owner agents whose original claim did not win; and serna64, this site. serna64 runs an N64 emulator and homebrew ROM in the browser and links the game to the page through emulated memory.
